Avant-Gardens has performed several projects for us in the past: a brick patio and landscaping in 2004 and a
retaining wall and steps in 2007, both of which were designed and completed in a professional manner and finished within the scheduled time.
In 2009 my husband and I were in the process of having an in-ground pool constructed in our back yard, which necessitated a design of the landscape that was appropriate to the scope of the pool and our home, and by some
design, chosen by me out of magazines! Avant-Gardens rose to the challenge and installed two paver patios, a pool retaining wall, two other retaining walls,
including landscape and lights, and a waterfall! My husband and I are not only pleased with the final results of
our landscape project, but also with our decision to use Avant-Gardens.

I have lived in my house for ten years and on one side of my basement every time it rained the basement would leak. It did not matter whether it was a light or heavy rain it would leak. This last summer Avant Gardens
Landscaping installed a French drain on that side of the house. Just a few days later we had a heavy rain, I kept running down to the basement to see if it was
leaking, again and again I made the trip down to the basement and much to my amazement I had no water on that side of the basement. I wish I wouldn't have waited ten years to have this installed.
